Updated 12 Sep 2014, 6:36amFri 12 Sep 2014, 6:36am

A High Court ruling could have implications for thousands of asylum seekers who are not having their claims for asylum processed. TAFE, Ultimo: The Sydney Institute generated $3.3 million from migration agents last year. Photo: Rob Homer

Sydney TAFE has been under investigation for alleged fraud in its use of millions of dollars from a training program for students on 457 visas.
